Hey I really enjoyed this post despite living way on the other side of the continent. We have a big Mexican immigrant population here in Raleigh, NC and a couple great Mexican Restaurants. We also have a couple of taco carts I’ve seen out- will have to check them out sometime. And also, I like the stoner comment.

They both look so good, but if I’m ever in Vancouver…. I’m going to have to have you show me around, cuz I’ll never remember. lol
TX has some really great Mexican restaurants and that couple was right, the tortilla makes ALL the difference.
